Product overview

What we make and how it is reviewed

Medical and food equipment uses ceramic parts because they resist corrosion from cleaning agents, do not rust, and wear slowly against fluids and food. Zirconia and high-purity alumina are the usual choices.

Typical requests include dialysis and laboratory pump pistons and valves, food filling pump and valve parts, beverage dispensing valves, ceramic parts for meat grinders and food cutting, and wear parts in packaging and processing machines.

Material declarations, cleaning, and packaging are part of the requirement. The finished part does not certify the device or machine; state the documents you need so they can be confirmed in the quotation.

Product types

Part types we quote to drawing

These are made to customer drawings or samples, not sold from stock. Final material, route, and acceptance are confirmed for each drawing.

Medical pump pistons and valves

Pistons, cylinders, and valve parts for dialysis, infusion, and laboratory pumps.

Food filling and dispensing parts

Filling pistons, valves, and nozzles for food and beverage machines.

Cutting and grinding parts

Ceramic cutting plates and grinder parts for food processing.

Machine wear parts

Guides, sleeves, and pins in packaging and processing machines.

Decision map

Requirements that change machining and quotation

Use the final column as a drawing and RFQ check. A requirement is easier to review when its function and acceptance evidence are stated together.

RequirementWhy it changes the routeWhat to define in the RFQ
Material declarationsFood-contact and medical uses often need composition or compliance documents.List the declarations or test reports needed and the applicable regulation.
Cleaning and packagingResidues and particles must be controlled before parts enter the device.Specify cleaning standard, packaging, and labelling.
Running fits and finishPump and valve performance depends on clearance and surface finish.Define fits, Ra, and how parts are matched or tested.

Material paths

Zirconia

Tough, polishable, and common for pistons, blades, and valve parts.

High-purity alumina

Hard and chemically stable for valve plates, cylinders, and seats.

Questions before quotation

Product RFQ FAQ

Are the ceramic parts food-grade or medical-grade certified?

Certification is not implied. State the documents you need, such as composition declarations or migration tests, so availability can be confirmed before order.

Engineering RFQ

Send your drawing and ceramic requirements for engineering review

Start with the part function, material or grade if known, quantity, and the critical requirements; an early-stage brief is enough to begin. If online submission is interrupted, the form prepares the same RFQ as an email instead.

  • Useful files: STEP/STP, X_T/X_B, IGES, STL, or PDF drawings.
  • Upload limit: up to 3 files, 5 MB each, 8 MB total.
  • Sensitive projects: do not send export-controlled, classified, or restricted data before an approved handling agreement is in place.
