Project RFQ

Email your drawing, quantity, and requirements

Send the drawing, material, quantity, target lead time, and acceptance requirements. We review the information first; if key details are unclear, we ask before confirming price or schedule.

Send the RFQ by email

Official quotations, technical confirmations, and commercial terms are valid only when issued from info@szcomo.com.

Email-first RFQ path

Send the drawing and what you know. Leave unknown fields blank rather than guessing.

What to include

A short email is fine for simple parts. Add details that affect quotation, grinding route, and acceptance.

Drawings and CAD

Attach 2D drawing plus STEP, IGES, or native CAD files with revision and critical features.

Material and quantity

State ceramic material grade, fired state, customer-supplied blank or sourcing request, prototype quantity, production quantity, and target lead time.

Requirements

Include datums, surface finish, flatness, micro-holes, thin walls, edge condition, operating environment, inspection needs, and certificate expectations.

How we respond

The reply depends on the drawing and risk level. We avoid quoting undefined ceramic precision as if every requirement were routine.

Quote

If geometry, material, quantity, and acceptance criteria are clear after review, we can move to a quotation.

Feasibility notes

For brittle-material risk, we may call out edge chipping, grinding allowance, datum strategy, and inspection assumptions.

Clarification

If key requirements are missing, we ask focused questions before confirming price or lead time.
