These terms apply to use of the CERAMIC CNC website and to preliminary project discussions initiated through this site.

Website Use

The information on this website is provided for general engineering and commercial reference. It does not replace a signed quotation, purchase order, engineering specification, quality agreement, or manufacturing contract.

RFQ Information

Visitors may submit project notes through the website and send CAD files or drawings by email. Any manufacturability comments, feasibility notes, lead-time estimates, or quotation assumptions provided before a formal quote are preliminary and depend on final geometry, material grade, route, post-processing, inspection scope, and acceptance requirements.

Technical Content

Application notes, material guidance, tolerance guidance, and inspection guidance are provided as general information. Final design responsibility, system integration, regulatory compliance, qualification, and application validation remain with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ceramic parts can fail from edge chips, subsurface damage, tensile stress, thermal shock, wear, or environmental mismatch. Each project should be evaluated carefully before implementation.
